Remove Red Eye from Photos Using Photoshop

Use the Color Replacement Tool (under the Bandaid in the Tools Panel)

Mode: Color

Sampling: Once

Limits : Contiguous

Tolerance: 30%

Choose a dark foreground color.

Zoom in on the eye.

Use a soft brush tip smaller than the red area of the eye to replace the red color.

Zoom back out to see the results. Zoom back in and darken the color as necessary.
